Hi Lucas, the bucking is strange. How much have you been riding him?  Do you lope circles to get the fresh off him?  How hard is he bucking?  A hop or two or serious about it?  Did he buck when you were out west riding him a lot?

Those marks don’t really bother me. Many a horse that has been ridden a lot will get them.  The difference in size could be from the way you ride or the way he travels. Could also be that the tree in your saddle was uneven. If they don’t get sore there, I don’t pay it much attention.

Love to see those circles!

Aaron Olson he was.  They bought him out of the Wagon Wheel dispersal.

Aaron Olson Oh yeah ok.  Cow Bo Country was by Country Royal.  He was raised on Creek Plantation then sold to Walter Coley of GA.  I rode a bunch of those Cow Bo's and Country Royals.  Fun horses.  Correct me if I'm wrong but it went: King - Royal King - Beaver Royal - Country Royal - Cow Bo Country.

Aaron Olson Is GFK the dam's name?  I thought that was a stallion?  I get confused.  There are about twenty different variations.  Fifty King Gist, Gist King Fifty, on and on...😂

Us too.  It's raining right now and we needed it!  Where did your fillies come from? I used to ride a bunch of those Kings from ML Belcher and Wagon Wheel Ranch.

Rob, Part 2 is up.

Hi Rob, I'll upload it today.  My mistake, thanks for letting us know.  Richard

Hey Samantha,  I used to get dizzy sometimes, but I got over it years ago.  I think it's just something you get used to.

Your approach to the young horses sounds perfect to me.  Let someone who specializes in starting colts do the grunt work, but be there as often as possible to learn.  Just right!

I don't like my colts to be handled too much by other people.  I like a fresh canvas, so to speak.
