Richard yes sir I did exactly that and it went way better then I thought. He’s gunna take him home and bring me a nice 3 yr old filly instead. Even if I got him going there’s something neurological wrong there. Unfortunately he’s not a good partner you would be able to trust. 

at what point do you call the owner and let them down?? It’s a terrible thing to admit defeat and I know I’m a decent horseman but he’s a trauma llama. Now he’s coming at me with bad intentions. Even if I can get to him the owners are a bit older and the man is a really good horseman but I know he’s scared him. I have done so much. He’s not a horse you can ever trust. 2 2hr sessions for a couple of weeks and he’s never let me catch him again. I feel so sick about the conversation I’m going to have to have. This is the second horse in my career where it seems to be a brain thing. Too many good ones out there.

I have one like that too amigo. Blooming frustrating at times. Keep tryin keep goin. Don’t get hurt but keep tryin. Starting to think some horses are just not meant to be horses.
