Kimberly Harrison sorry for the late response! We were on the road for the last couple weeks, but back home now. Hope you had a wonderful holiday. On the yearling thing, I don't want clients to do too much with them. Basically just get them halter broke and quiet. It is always nice if I can handle their feet and groom them too but I don't want a yearling to be dull and unresponsive which often times comes with too much handling. I'd say getting them up twice a week and leading, tying, grooming, and picking up their feet would be sufficient. 🙂
