Hey!

I’ve got a nice 2 yr old AQHA Colt I’m bringing along. He’s a lot like the horse “neeches”. I got the first saddling done, he bronced out quite a bit to be honest hahah. Anywho, now when I go to throw on the saddle, and the stirrups, etc., fall on the opposite side he is veryyyyyy sensitive. When I did do the first saddle, he bucked good but by the end of the session he was working well with it. Just curious if there’s anything specific I should do to get him more “comfortable” with things being on his back. He’s completely fine with the saddle pad and cinch combo, I’ve flanked him, and had ropes all over him. Is it a matter of me getting more confident in letting him bronc out?
